Contract Terms
Cancellation
In the event that you would need to cancel your wedding order I will not be able to refund you due to the products I order being non returnable and perishable items.
Payment
I accept Credit Cards, Venmo, Cash, Check, & PayPal. Once I receive your payment, your flowers will be ordered the next business day.
Deposits
I require a deposit made to hold your wedding date and to begin ordering materials for your big day.
Delivery
If you are wanting artificial pieces I offer shipping, delivery, or pick up 2 weeks prior to your big day. If you have artificial pieces I am setting up, I will deliver it all together the day of the wedding. If you would like fresh floral pieces for the wedding I will deliver them to your venue the day of the wedding. There will be a delivery fee and or set up fee that will be determined per each individual wedding. Shipping rates also apply.
Timeline
I require a 6 month notice for weddings. If you are needing it sooner please feel free to contact me and see if I am available.
Once your wedding is booked, if you need to make changes to your order I require a minimum of 3 months notice. Changes will not be guaranteed and additional fees may be added. If fees are added due to change I require the payment at the time of change. Changes to your order will not be made until payment is collected.
